Shipping and Returns
Package Delivery
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment, via Halcourier with tracking and no signature required. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging.
Due to the high cost of shipping and postage, we recommend grouping all your items into a single order. If it becomes necessary to combine two separate orders, shipping costs will be applied individually to each.
Shipping rates are €8 for the entire Iberian Peninsula.
We also ship internationally, with some exceptions.
International shipping costs vary depending on the country, including islands. Please check prices at the time of purchase. International shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs for the customer due to customs duties or taxes.
These cases are beyond the control of Patiño Cinturones. Therefore, if your shipment is affected by additional costs, these must be paid directly by the buyer to the shipping company or the corresponding agency.
Returns
Product returns are accepted up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, as stipulated by law. The refund will be made according to the customer's wishes or, failing that, by the original payment method.
