Sending the package

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through the GLS agency with tracking number and delivery without signature. Whichever shipping method you choose, we'll provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs, we advise you to group all your items in the same order. If necessary, combine two different orders, shipping costs would be applied for each individually.

The rates that will apply are € 7 for the entire peninsula.

We also ship internationally with a few exceptions.

International shipping costs vary depending on each country, also for the islands. Check prices when making purchases. International shipments that correspond to countries outside the European Community may involve additional costs for the customer due to customs duties or fees.

These cases are unrelated to Patiño Cinturones, so if your shipment is affected by additional costs, these must be paid directly by the buyer to the transport company or the corresponding body.

Returns

The returns of the products may be effective up to 14 calendar days according to the law, from the receipt of the product. The refund of the money will be made in agreement with the client or, failing that, by the original mode of payment.
